Roof Works (West Country Tiling)
Stripping of roof, replacement of decayed timber (including oak wallplate on NE elevation), preservation of reed-and-plaster attic ceilings on old ceiling joists, new lead box gutters & valleys, felt, batten and retile with existing Bridgwater clay single pantiles, new Doulting stone copings at front, reused Hamstone copings at rear.
Repointing rear elevations (P & J Cattermole & S Butler)
Rake out, repoint in matched lime mortar (Limebase Products, Isle Brewers). Complete to lowest platband.

Sash Windows & Front Door (Ventrolla)
Refurbish or renew to exact match and install perimeter draughtproofing system.

Casement Windows (S Butler, Brown's Glass & Glazing, Blacksmithing by Madregal Designs, Edington)
Oak and hardwood frames, contemporary with brickwork, restored. Leaded lights renewed where present (two sets) or recreated (eight sets). Opening casements fitted.

Outhouse (P & J Cattermole)
Roof stripped, new timbers & wallplate, felt & batten, relay Bridgwater & Highbridge double Roman clay tiles. Window reinstated and west elevation strengthened & repointed.
Front Elevation (S Butler & P Cattermole; Dulux Decorator Centre Wylds Road)
Repair defective cement-base rendering. Repaint in Dulux Heritage Colours (Georgian) Cream & Spanish Brown.
Porch Canopy (P & J Cattermole & Limebase Products Blacksmithing)
Brackets modelled on Toll House, Monmouth Street. Oak table and dressed lead code 4 over, taken up to platband. Conjectural from several photographs.
